Brad Marshall
Brad has spent his entire career in the recruiting and consulting industry. Most recently, he was an original founder of iMatch Executive Search which has grown into one of the premier search firms in the Pacific Northwest. Through growth and reorganization, the Montlake Group was spun off from iMatch to exclusively cater to Executive level, retained searches. Prior to founding iMatch, Brad worked for Aerotek’s Data Services Group (TEKsystems), which is one of the largest technology consulting companies in the world. He was instrumental in growing the Seattle market from six employees to over 40 and breaking into more new accounts than any person in the company.
Brad holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington.
Darren Casey
Darren has a proven track record of senior level recruiting & consulting experience. Most recently, he was the original founder of iMatch Executive Search which has grown into one of the premier search firms in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to founding iMatch, Darren was co-founder of Parfitt, Casey & Smith Executive Search, a Seattle based retainer firm, prior to its merger with a large West coast search firm. Darren is a second-generation executive recruiter, with extensive search experience in finance, operations and strategy. He has assisted both emerging, high growth organizations, along with large publicly traded companies.
